48 oz. Beef Broth (or 7 cups water & 2 beef bouillon cubes)
½ cup Barley, uncooked
½ cup sliced celery
½ cup sliced carrots
Cooking instructions
Brown Ground Beef in a 4 Qt sauce pan.
Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 50-55 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Additional water can be added if soup becomes too thick upon standing.
