Workshop Details: Help us celebrate National Beef Burger Day! This workshop is being offered as part of our Run for the Ribeye 10K event! 

We are bringing together Beef and Dairy producers for an interactive grilling workshop in celebration of National Beef Burger Day.

april- beef's journey from pasture to plate 

Speaker Information: Northeast Jr. Beef Ambassadors & Industry Professionals

Workshop Details: Help us celebrate Earth Day by learning about beef's journey from pasture to plate. This workshop will feature a virtual tour of the beef lifecycle featuring our Jr. Beef Ambassadors, as well as industry experts, like veterinarians and nutritionists. Workshop Details: Help us celebrate National Deli Meat Month with a focus on prepared beef cuts, through the innovative sushi-style concept of Beefshi! The workshop will encourage you to think outside the box with prepared beef products like pastrami, roast beef, summer sausage, hot dogs, corned beef, and bologna prepared in rolls with rice and vegetables. February - Valentine's Day Date night at-home

Workshop Details: Join us for an engaging workshop to learn the steps for crafting the perfect at-home meal to celebrate Valentine's Day. You may just learn a thing or two about pairing your beef meal with the perfect wine!

Laurie will be tasting 3 types of wines during the tasting and will explain all about why they pair so well with your charcuterie board and your holiday beef roast!   She’ll have a sparkling French Brut, a California Rose and a delicious Shiraz from Australia.

Workshop Duration: 90 minutes (60 minute workshop, plus optional after-party)

Laurie will be tasting 3 types of wines during the tasting and will explain all about why they pair so well with your charcuterie board and your Thanksgiving meal!  

She’ll have a sparkling Spanish Cava, an Australian White made from Viognier and a delicious Pinot Noir from Oregon.
