Grilled Beef Kabobs

ingredients

  • 1 lb petite sirloin (cubed) 
  • Marinade: ½ cup balsamic vinegar ¼ cup honey 4 garlic cloves (crushed) ½ cup olive oil 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp basil 1 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 
  • 12 oz of petite classic potatoes 
  • 3 peppers (yellow, green, red) 
  • 2 zucchinis 
  • 8 oz mushrooms 
  • 12 vine cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 onion

Cooking instructions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and soak cubed steak for at least 4 hours. 
  2. Pre-cut all vegetables 
  3. Soak 12 skewers in water for 15 minutes 
  4. Assemble marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers and grill low until beef reaches desired doneness 
  5. Enjoy!
