1 Cucumber (cut in half and seeds scraped out with a spoon)
1/2 tsp Cumin
For the meatballs:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine beef, 1/2 red onion, 2 garlic cloves, lemon zest, oregano, coriander, cumin, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper together and form into approximately 1-1/2 to 2 inch balls.
Place on a raised edge baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
For the Avocado Tzatziki Sauce: Combine avocado, cucumber, remaining garlic and red onion, lemon juice, dill, sour cream, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve with avocado tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
Note: I serve this with a tossed salad of cubed avocado, english cucumber, roma tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
