Race Reimbursement Submission Form

Incentivized Reimbursement Structure:

  • 1st race* you run with Team Beef jersey: 50% of your reimbursement fee
  • 2nd race* you run with Team Beef jersey: the second half of your first race and 50% of your 2nd race
  • 3rd race* you run with Team Beef jersey: the second half of your 2nd race and 100% of your 3rd race
  • 4 or more races* with Team Beef jersey: full reimbursement upon completion of the race

We will have to cap you at $275, so please plan your races accordingly. You have 2 weeks from the date of the race to submit your reimbursement requests. 


A total of two reimbursement checks will be issued to each runner throughout the course of the 2020-2021 racing year. (March and September)  

Please Note: ONLY in-person races that take place in the Northeast region are eligible for reimbursement (ME, NH, VT, RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ, VA, DE, MD, PA, and DC)  

ONLY virtual races (participated in by a Team Beef member) can take place ‘outside’ of the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region.  Example:  If you run the Chicago Marathon virtually as a member of Northeast Team Beef (wearing an approved team jersey during the virtual race) and post a photo of you post-race on at least one of your active social media platforms, the race will be eligible for reimbursement.
