Andrea Khoury

Andrea Khoury is the Founder + Publisher of Housewives in the City Media Group which is a woman-focused community with over 100,000 members and a reach of 1.5 million+ women monthly. In an effort to build a closely connected community on the platform, Andrea and her team engage with their readers by hosting meet ups + networking socials in 60 cities across the US each month. Jodi Gauker

Jodi Gauker grew up in Southwestern PA, surrounded by rolling hills with high aspirations to be a 4-H agent for Penn State Extension. She attended Penn State University, majoring in Animal Science and Agribusiness Management when she was forced to go on a blind date with a 9th generation Berks County farmer, and the rest is history.

She works by day as the Executive Director of Lundale Farm, a non-profit sustainable agriculture community and farm in Pottstown, PA, and part time as the Agriculture Project Consultant for Chester County Economic Development Council. In addition to her education at Penn State and Texas A&M Universities and work experience, Jodi brings practical knowledge to her positions – she and her husband, Lee, are the 9th generation to continue Gauker Farms in Fleetwood, Berks County. On the weekends, you may find her at the farmers’ market with their family’s beef, or teaching 10th generation, Callie, all about life on the farm.

Jodi also remains an active part of the agricultural industry. Jodi is a member of the Berks County Farm Bureau, Berks Agricultural Resource Network, Berks/Southeast Cattlemen's Association, Penn State Stockmen's Club, Chester Delaware County Farm Bureau, and the Chester County Agricultural Development Council. She stays active in her community as a member of the Berks County Planning Commission board as well.

Quick, easy, beefy dinners are what fuel the Gauker Family, and Jodi is excited to serve as a judge for this contest! All recipes must be farmer and 3 year old approved to get a thumbs up from this white farm house! Chef Dave Zino

Executive Chef & Culinary Spokesperson
National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, a contractor to the beef checkoff

Dave Zino, a member of the Consumer Marketing department works closely with the Culinary Innovations Team, providing guidance on new product concepts and recipe development for the beef checkoff. Chef Dave wears many hats in this role that range from industry expert, to public speaker, to writer and television personality. He helped launch beef checkoff-funded Beef U: A Foodservice Guide to Beef – an in-depth and customizable "train the trainer" program designed to provide the foodservice industry with the latest beef product information and knowledge. Dave also assisted in revising the award-winning publication beef checkoff- funded Creating Crave: A Professionals Guide to Flavor. He was a contributor to beef checkoff-funded The Healthy Beef Cookbook and in 2007, Drovers – Americas beef business source – featured Chef Dave as the "Dean of Beef University."

Chef Dave is frequently seen on television, heard on radio and quoted in print. During his appearance on the popular Food Network program "Unwrapped," he revealed tips on how to make the perfect burger on behalf of the beef checkoff. He has made several appearances on "Healthy Flavors of America," a public television cooking show and also travels the country telling the beef story to universities, professional organizations, dietitians, culinary schools and industry groups on behalf of the beef checkoff.

Chef Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University, three culinary certifications from Kendall College and a Certification in Menu Research and Development from the Culinary Institute of America. He is a member of the Research Chef’s Association and the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
